I have always been fascinated by organizations that combine a passion for people and business. My personal goal is to help people and organizations to fulfil their full potential and therefore I use the most advanced and innovative techniques to support my customers. As a Business Psychologist, I have developed solid experience in Coaching, Training and Recruitment. Moreover, thanks to my experience in Startups and international projects, I gained a better understanding of how better I can help teams and individuals to overcome their challenges.

In addition, I’m a passionate public speaker, a proud member of Toastmasters and as a Division Director I led my team to track records of achievements.
